Gramos Coffee

Gramos is a roaster and coffee bar run by Charlotte and Rodolfo, who named it after the Spanish word for grams, a nod to Rodolfo's Bolivian roots and to the precision they bring to every cup. They tested the idea with a three month stint at the O2 Centre in 2016 and now serve from a boutique bar tucked inside King's Cross Underground station, one level down in the Northern Ticket Hall near the Regent's Canal exit.
They source, roast and brew speciality grade beans from different countries, selling single origins to home brewers and a handful of London businesses. At the bar it is a proper flat white if you are passing through or a V60 pour over if you have time, and you can pick up beans, filter paper and brewing kit to go. Hours run long on weekdays, which suits commuters, and shorter at weekends.
