Four Boroughs

The navy Four Boroughs shopfront on Church Road with Good Things and Coffee Beer Kombucha lettered on the windows

Four Boroughs was founded by friends Tom, Ed and Ben on Church Road in Crystal Palace, where Croydon, Southwark, Lambeth and Bromley meet, hence the name. The founders are cyclists themselves and built the cafe to suit the local riding scene, and on weekends it is a regular starting and meeting point for riders heading out into Kent or Surrey.

The coffee comes from Assembly, the Brixton roaster, and the shop has released an Assembly x Four Boroughs coffee of its own. Specialty filter and espresso are the focus, with vegan options available. A second cafe has opened in the Coldharbour Works complex in Loughborough Junction. It opens at eight daily, closes at three on weekdays and four at weekends, making it easy to fit in before or after a ride.
