Estate Office Coffee

Estate Office Coffee sits in a small brick building beside Streatham Hill station, built as the sales office for the nearby Stonehills Mansions, which is where the name comes from. Clark and Joe opened it in October 2016 and kept things simple: a short espresso menu on Allpress coffee, with a guest roaster on batch brew that changes every few weeks and favours local roasters.

The room is long and thin, with a wooden bench, small tables and a bar at the back, and most of the fittings are made from reclaimed materials. The building's history is on the wall by the door, including the original planning application from 1906. Milk comes from Estate Dairy, with plenty of plant based alternatives, and reusable cups are encouraged over disposables.
