Curators Coffee Studio

Curators Coffee Studio opened in March 2012 on the corner of Cullum Street in the City, the original of the Curators group, and it remains a small rectangle of a coffee bar serving the office crowd. There is more seating outside than in, with tables on the pedestrianised street and benches in the covered passage that leads towards Leadenhall Market. Inside a neat window bar suits quick stops, and drinks are served in proper cups.
Today the coffee is powered by SEND Coffee, a social enterprise that roasts and supplies it and trains young adults with special educational needs and disabilities to Specialty Coffee Association standards over a two year course. Learners work alongside mentors in the shops, so a visit supports that mission directly. It is a weekday cafe, open early and closed at weekends.
