Crno Zrno Specialty Coffee

Crno Zrno runs out of a tiny room on Gornji trg in the old town, built entirely around Colombian coffee rather than a rotating roster of origins. Owner Alexander Nino Ruiz pours cold brew, filter and espresso from beans he sources and roasts himself, and regulars describe him telling them exactly where each bag came from before they have finished the first sip.

The space is small enough that a handful of outdoor tables along the cobbled street do real work in warm weather, and customers regularly leave with beans as well as a cup, drawn by a bean selection built entirely around one country done well rather than broadly.
