Parliament Square Coffee

Directors Hayley and Christopher Commerford opened the first Parliament Square Coffee on Parliament Street in June 2023, expanding to a second Clarence Street site with its own barista academy in 2024 before this Castle Street flagship opened in March 2026 behind The Ivy. At 3,500 square feet it's the brand's largest site yet, built around a British inspired brunch menu alongside the coffee program.

Head baker Jess Garland runs a daily selection of cakes, pastries, and seasonal sandwiches baked fully in house for the first time in the company's history, served from a dedicated takeaway bar for the surrounding business district. A serviced meeting room seating up to twelve rounds out the space, walk in only like the brand's other locations, with British wines and Camden Lager on the drinks list alongside the coffee.
