SoLo Brewing Coffee Lab is a cafe and roastery in Saldanha, founded by the Brazilian Adroaldo Henrique Carneiro, who roasts single origin coffees in house from origins such as Colombia, Kenya and Mexico. The beans are sold over the counter and online.

The lab is closed on Wednesdays and opens from nine to five on most other days, with a shorter Sunday from ten to four. The coffee on the bar and the beans on the shelf come from the same roasting.
