Olisipo Coffee Roasters

Olisipo Coffee Roasters is a small batch roastery in Ajuda, run by Sofia Goncalves and Antony Watson, who roast on the premises once a week. Its single origin beans are sold from the roastery on Rua do Cruzeiro, and the same coffee goes out to a number of other specialty cafes around Lisbon.

It is a roastery before it is a cafe, so it is the place to come for beans straight from the people who roast them, and to taste the coffee other Lisbon cafes pour at its source.
