Billed as Portugal's first dedicated specialty coffee roaster, Fabrica opened its original Restauradores location in 2015 and has since expanded to five more addresses across Lisbon plus outposts in Porto and Cascais — a genuine roasting operation behind what's become one of the city's more recognizable coffee names. The room mixes minimalist restraint with industrial touches — bare surfaces, functional fittings — rather than leaning fully into either aesthetic.

Beans are roasted on-site and sold both in-store and through an online shop with subscriptions, making this one of the more retail-forward specialty operations in the city. Open daily, morning through early evening — one of six-plus Fabrica locations across Lisbon, Porto, and Cascais.
