Lisbon — Near Principe Real
Dramatico

A pink building with floor-to-ceiling windows near Principe Real, Dramatico treats its own design as seriously as its coffee — marble and wood surfaces, an explicit no-laptop policy, and a drinks-only format with no food menu at all. The name undersells the restraint of the actual space, which reads more considered than theatrical despite the branding. Coffee comes from La Cabra in Copenhagen rather than an in-house roast, keeping the program curated rather than self-produced.
Hours are short and morning-focused — open by 8am, closed by early-to-mid afternoon — so this is very much a before-lunch stop rather than an all-day option. Dogs are welcome. No retail beans or merchandise are sold on-site, consistent with a shop built purely around the drink itself.
