Dong Coffee

Dong Coffee is a small cafe in Arroios that roasts its own single origin beans on the floor above, run by Ram Kumar Lama, who roasts about once a week, mostly light to medium. Espresso drinks, batch brew, V60 and Aeropress all come from those beans.

The green coffee comes mainly through Cafe Imports Europe. It opens every day from half past eight to four, so it works as a morning stop in Arroios.
