Neira Café Lab

Harrysson Neira grew up inside a family tradition of growing, collecting, roasting and handling coffee, and in 2013 he won the Peruvian national barista championship. In 2018 he opened Neira Café Lab on Calle Enrique Palacios in Miraflores, a compact roastery bar built around the idea that a coffee shop can feel like a laboratory of flavour and aroma. A 2023 redesign added walls that show the stages of the roast, and the cups and plates are custom ceramics made with ceramicist Corina de Coto.
Everything served is roasted on site, from coffees grown in Cajamarca, Cusco, Villa Rica in Pasco and Puno. Guests are encouraged to smell the coffees before choosing, and the bar brews filters on V60 and Origami alongside espresso drinks, cold brews and fruit infusions. The Café Lab's motto says it all, that the world should fall in love with Peruvian coffee.
