FIX Coffee

FIX Coffee opened at the end of August 2023 on Nürnberger Straße, a short walk south of the main train station, in a space so pared back that regulars describe it as almost too simple, just a counter, a few small tables and quiet lo fi music running under the conversation. That minimalism puts the attention squarely on the drinks, and the flat whites and cortados coming off the machine draw a loyal following of regulars who come back specifically for them.

Cinnamon buns and other baked goods, including vegan versions, sit in the case beside the register, and the shop also sells its own beans by the bag for people who want to recreate the cup at home. It closes on Mondays and otherwise runs from morning into late afternoon, Tuesday to Saturday from 8 and Sunday from 10, both finishing at 5.
