7 Shots Coffee

Two people with their backs turned, wearing matching 7 Shots branded t shirts, sitting outside the shop's window beneath its glowing 7shotscoffee sign

7 Shots Coffee opened in 2018 in the streets behind Bayerischer Bahnhof, a corner of the city center that has kept filling in with new apartments and restaurants since. The tiny shop treats itself as a rotating stage for outside roasters rather than a single house blend, so the espresso and filter options change over time while the format around them, a compact bar backed by shelves of brewing gear, stays constant.

Cortados and flat whites share the counter with matcha lattes and a case of cakes baked in house, and the shop sells the same Hario pour over kit and AeroPress gear it uses behind the bar. It keeps the same long hours every day of the week, opening at 9 and running until 7, working as well for a fast morning stop as for a slow weekend hangout at the small run of outdoor seating out front.
