RAW Coffee Roasters is a minimalist coffee shop and micro roastery at 10 Mill Hill, near Leeds station, which opened to the public in March 2024. The coffee is roasted in Leeds and the bags rotate through single lots, with recent releases including Colombian coffees from a yeast inoculated washed Castillo to a Pacamara and a decaf.

The bar covers espresso, flat whites, batch brew and pour over, plus cold brew, nitro brew and a short matcha list, with oat milk available. Beans are sold by the bag online, and the shop opens early on weekdays at half past seven.
