Ça Passe Crème

Steeve Gerotto and Davide Merola met at the hotel school EHL in Lausanne, worked corporate jobs, and caught the specialty coffee bug while living in London. They opened Ça Passe Crème in the Sous-Gare district in 2018, in a closet sized space near the station, and in 2023 moved a few doors along Boulevard de Grancy into a larger room designed with Fabio Marco.

The shop is still compact, with a small banquette and a few tables for staying in, and most people take their coffee to go. Barista workshops run through the year, and specialty coffee is sold at the counter to take home. It keeps early, short hours, closing mid afternoon from Tuesday to Friday and staying open until 17:00 at weekends, and it is closed on Mondays.
