Style Coffee opened in April 2019 on the east side of the Imperial Palace grounds, about five minutes on foot from Jingu Marutamachi Station. The shop is built around light roasting, which it uses to bring out fruity sweetness and complex acidity in each lot.

A small sensory lab runs cupping workshops and technical training, and a tasting concept called Face The Coffee walks through the country, farm and variety behind each bean. Single origin Ethiopian, Kenyan and Honduran Geisha lots are sold alongside an espresso roast, drip bags and cold brew, and subscriptions are available.
