Saiin Roasting Factory is a counter only coffee stand on a residential street in Saiin, in Ukyo Ward, opened in June 2017. It has around eleven counter seats and offers take out.

The shop stocks about twenty types of specialty coffee beans and roasts to order, with custom roasting available.
