Kitaoji Roastery Lab

Kitaoji Roastery Lab, known in Japanese as Kitaoji Baisenshitsu, opened in September 2022 about three minutes on foot from Kitaoji Station. The ground floor room works as a laboratory style roastery with a counter of around eight seats, in a shop styled as a coffee laboratory.

Beans are sold in light roast, deep roast, tasting set and unique lots, including Colombian coffees such as Campo Hermoso and experimental co fermented lots. Drinks are served over the counter, and the roastery also does custom roasting and blending for wholesale clients.
