Blend Kyoto

Blend Kyoto is a small coffee stand in the Gosho Minami area near Kyoto Gyoen, with two counter seats and a modern Japanese interior. Its idea is a cup that fits everyday life while still feeling special, and it builds its coffees as blends of two specialty lots, such as Rwanda with Ethiopia, Ethiopia with Colombia or Panama with Panama.

The beans are roasted at the company's own roastery in Ohara, beside Sanzenin, and each blend is listed with tasting notes. Beans, drip bags and brewing equipment are sold.
