3s...Coffee Roaster is a small roastery on the southern edge of Fushimi Ward, about six minutes on foot from the Shimomisu bus stop, with eight seats and parking for two cars. It opened in January 2023 and keeps about twenty house roasted coffees on hand at all times, made up of seventeen single origins and three blends, each tasted by the owner before it is bought.

A hand drip coffee changes daily and is served alongside espresso drinks, a cascara soda made from dried coffee cherry and a Uji matcha latte. The shop also roasts its own almonds and peanuts.
