Fiftyfive

Ahsen Ural and Husrev Kenan Ural, a married couple working as UX and UI designers, opened Fiftyfive in June 2025 inside K14, a newly built mixed use development on Skippergata. The pair also run a parallel design studio under the same name, and that design background shows in the compact, considered fit out of the space.

Coffee comes exclusively from Tim Wendelboe in Oslo, roasted weekly and sold as traceable, small farm lots rather than a house blend. Fiftyfive pairs that coffee program with a pizza menu, making it as much a fast, design forward pizza counter as a specialty coffee stop within the K14 building.
