Ambalaż Café

Ambalaż sits on the fourth floor of Cricoteka, the arts center devoted to Polish theatre artist Tadeusz Kantor, its name borrowed straight from one of Kantor's own art manifestos. The room trades on the view as much as the coffee, a panorama across the Vistula toward the Bernatka footbridge and the rooftops of Kazimierz that few other Krakow cafes can match.

All day breakfast runs alongside a specialty coffee program built to hold its own against the setting rather than play second fiddle to it. Long daily hours, open every day of the week, make it as workable for an early coffee with a view as a full afternoon spent at the window.
