Boardwalk Coffee Killarney

Boardwalk Coffee Killarney opened in April 2025 on Main Street Mall, the Kerry branch of a family business that began roasting in the seaside town of Youghal in County Cork in 2021. Founder Ger Flanagan started it with his son Ray and roaster Vadym Zvarych, and the Killarney bar is managed by barista Jason Murphy.

The beans are roasted in small batches at the Youghal roastery, chosen as single origins from specialty lots that mostly score 84 or 85, and cupped every week by the team. Bags of Boardwalk's own coffee are sold at the Killarney counter to take home.
