Republica Coffee

Republica Coffee opened its doors in 2014 as Karlovy Vary's first specialty coffee bar, before the wider spa town had much of a scene to speak of. It has since become the address regulars mention first, a steady presence on T. G. Masaryka street that later led to a second location in Prague.

The kitchen leans into a full breakfast and brunch menu, from shakshuka and eggs benedict to huevos rancheros and syrniki, poured alongside cortados and flat whites made from coffee roasted under the same name. The room reads bigger and more citylike than most of Karlovy Vary's cafés, with a handful of outdoor tables for warmer days.
