Pinkiez espresso bar

Pinkiez espresso bar occupies a small storefront on Jaltská street just off the spa quarter's colonnades, easy to spot by its pink signage and a playful, slightly rebellious interior of mirrors, stickers and graffiti stuck up around the bar. The look leans urban and unpolished next to Karlovy Vary's grand spa architecture, and it draws a mix of locals and visitors passing through, including the crowds that fill the town every summer for the international film festival.

Coffee runs through espresso, filter, cold brew and nitro pours made with beans ground to order, alongside a brunch menu built around eggs done several ways, homemade pastries and the occasional seasonal dish such as ramen. Outdoor tables line the pavement out front, and dogs are welcome both inside and out.
