Spada Coffee Teşvikiye

The wood paneled wall at Spada Coffee in Teşvikiye, rows of white SPADA coffee bags on shelves above the white counter

Spada opened its first shop on Süreyya Ağaoğlu Sokak in Teşvikiye in 2016, and the roaster's Nişantaşı home is a warm, wood paneled room with a white counter and a wall of freshly roasted bags lined up row by row. The space has indoor and outdoor sections with room for around ten tables, and ordering is self service, which keeps the pace easy for a quick morning stop or a longer sit.

The menu runs from espresso drinks to pour overs made with the house roasted beans, alongside matcha with oat milk, house brewed teas and a short list of tarts, cookies, cakes and savory pastries made without syrups or artificial additives. Oat and lactose free milks are on offer, and the baristas will grind any bag of Spada beans to suit the way you brew at home.
