Petra's Maslak outpost sits at the entrance of the renovated Mudo Concept in the Maslak business district, a futuristic bar set against a faceted birch plywood wall under a glowing neon Petra sign. Black steel framing, a concrete counter and shelves of the roaster's bags make it easy to spot, and it works as a quick takeaway stop or a place to settle in for a while.

Petra roasts every coffee as a single origin, with no blends and no added flavors, and buys by taste rather than by name, so the bags on the shelf change with the harvest. The Maslak bar pours espresso drinks and filters from those beans alongside a small kitchen, and it is open from 8 to 19 on weekdays and from 10 to 18 at weekends.
