Meet Lab Coffee began in 2016 with the idea that good coffee should show in every detail of the service, and its Caddebostan branch, opened in autumn 2023 on Selin Sokak, carries that idea into a bright white room built like a laboratory. A long white bar, arched shelving, glass partitions and pale terrazzo floors keep the space calm and clean, and an outdoor area is there for sunny afternoons.

The brand roasts at its own roastery and treats every coffee like an experiment, tracing beans to the farm, testing roast profiles and brewing recipes, and publishing sustainability reports. The menu runs from espresso to filter coffee and a Competition Series of rare lots, with brewing classes and a subscription for anyone who wants to keep experimenting at home, and the bar stays open late, until one in the morning most nights.
