Kernel Coffee Suadiye

Kernel Coffee Roasters is a modern Istanbul roastery started by three baristas, and its Suadiye shop on Çolak İsmail Sokak is where the team pours its own coffee. The room is warm and quiet, a terrazzo topped bar with a chrome and white espresso machine, white grinders and softly lit wooden shelves stacked with cups, set on a calm corner of the neighborhood.

Beans are chosen season by season, each with its own roast profile and brew recipe, and the menu stretches from espresso and filter to cold brew, matcha and milk jam lattes, with oat milk for anyone who prefers it. Kernel also runs barista and home brewing courses, so the shop doubles as a friendly place to learn, and the doors stay open from morning until one at night.
