Good Coffee Roasting Co. brings home the café culture its founders absorbed while living in Melbourne between 2017 and 2020, settling it into Kadıköy's 19 Mayıs neighborhood on the Asian side, close to the Acıbadem junction. The tagline is Melbourne Touch, and the bright room delivers it, with glowing arched niches, light wood chairs and leafy plants around a white topped bar.

The beans are roasted in house and bagged as single origins, from washed lots to natural and anaerobic ones, while the bar pours filter and espresso on a La Marzocco machine alongside cold brew and a range of milk alternatives. The team also hosts brewing workshops for anyone curious about alternative methods, and weekday mornings start early with the doors open from 8:30.
