Coffee Manifesto Moda sits on Dr. Esat Işık Caddesi in the middle of Moda's liveliest streets, with a pavement terrace behind a glass windbreak and a window sign promising specialty coffee, breakfast, homemade cakes and sandwiches. The idea is simple, take your coffee, sit down and join the rhythm of the street.

Coffee Manifesto is an Istanbul roaster with its own numbered range of single origins, from Ethiopia and Colombia to El Salvador, plus espresso blends, all roasted with modern techniques to bring out the aromas already waiting in the coffee cherry. Bags are sold at the shop and online, traditional Turkish coffee stays on the menu as a nod to the brand's roots, and the team teaches barista courses and coffee workshops at its studio in nearby Yeldeğirmeni.
