Tenfold Coffee Downtown

Tenfold's downtown cafe stands next to Discovery Green and the George R. Brown Convention Center, a calm, pale room with glazed tile behind a long counter and a row of stools facing the espresso machines. It leans on European cafe culture, with a cozy atmosphere for coffee and conversation.

The coffee comes from Tenfold's own roastery in East Downtown, which sources from a short list of origins including Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil and Mexico, and roasts each coffee to show what it does best rather than by light or dark labels. Alongside specialty coffee and signature drinks, the bar offers a curated selection of wine and cocktails. It is open daily from seven in the morning to six in the evening, an easy stop between the park and the convention halls.
