Slow Drip TX

Slow Drip TX is a downtown Houston coffee counter in the Skyhouse building on Main Street, founded in 2021 and built around a custom nine hour iced slow drip method. Each batch is brewed individually into a bold, concentrated coffee made from specialty grade beans from origins such as Ethiopia, Ecuador and Mexico, in glass and steel equipment, with glass tubes dripping into beakers, that you can watch from the counter.

The menu runs from a straight black to brown sugar oat, honey cinnamon oat and a vanilla oat made with organic vanilla bean paste, plus seasonal flavors. The room is industrial, with leather couches and high top tables, and street parking is easy nearby. The shop opens daily from seven in the morning to seven in the evening.
