Simply Coffie

Simply Coffie is a small, airy roastery and cafe on West 24th Street in the Heights, built around single origin coffee roasted in house and an unfussy, coffee first menu. The focus is genuine specialty coffee, tasting terroir and climate in the cup, with Panama lots among the coffees it has highlighted.

Iced single origins arrive in a glass carafe over ice, and there are matcha and sweets for anyone who wants something else. Bags of the roasts are sold in the cafe. It is open from eight in the morning to five in the afternoon and closed on Wednesdays.
