Pearland Coffee Roasters Pearwood

Pearland Coffee Roasters Pearwood is a modern, sunlit building on Broadway Street, opened in late 2024 with a drive thru for the morning rush and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It serves the same menu as the Old Townsite original, with espresso drinks and rotating single origin coffees roasted by the company and sourced from farms in Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia and Costa Rica among others.

The roaster's blends are on offer too, including Black Star, a dark and approachable espresso blend with a thick crema, and Palo Alto, a summer blend with cherry and milk chocolate notes. Bags of whole bean coffee, including a roaster's pick and a decaf, are sold through the shop and its online store, and the company has been roasting in Pearland since 2010.
