Fifth Vessel is a downtown coffee bar on Main Street built around curated, ever changing coffees from all over, served as pour overs and espresso, with a full matcha program beside them. The team roasts its own beans for retail and wholesale, with roasting days early in the week, and the site publishes brew guides for pour overs, espresso and matcha.

Signature drinks include the Bonito, a vanilla and cinnamon latte, a Mayan Mocha with house ganache, cinnamon and cayenne, a cardamom and honey latte called Texas Blossom, and a yuzu espresso tonic. The kitchen adds croissant and bagel sandwiches, avocado toast and sourdough toasts. The cafe is open weekdays from seven in the morning to seven in the evening and on weekends from eight to five, so it fits both the downtown workday and a slow weekend.
