Della Coffee

Della is a laid back Montrose cafe on West Gray Street that opened in April 2024 and roasts its own coffee on a small electric roaster at the shop. The coffee bar pours a rotating list of single origin drip and pourovers, a cold brew built from three single origins, and the usual espresso drinks, with handmade syrups behind seasonal specials such as a sweet potato latte.

The kitchen bakes sourdough pastries, hand pies, croissants and macarons, and serves avocado toast, breakfast tacos on sourdough tortillas and sandwiches through the day. The cafe is open from seven in the morning to five in the afternoon every day, and the same roaster supplies a sister cafe with wine in Richmond.
