Cambrian Coffee

The corner storefront of Cambrian Coffee with a stone and wood facade, glass doors and a dinosaur skeleton mural on the side wall

Cambrian Coffee is a neighborhood shop in Spring Branch, a stone and wood corner unit with a dinosaur mural on the side wall, run by proprietors who live nearby and want it to be a social space for locals. The espresso bar pulls a house blend or a rotating single origin, and a slow bar pours single origins from guest roasters as pourovers, alongside a nitro cold brew and a house cold brew steeped for forty eight hours.

The signature Cambrian Latte is made with a honey cinnamon syrup, and the house drip is a medium roast blend of four Central and South American coffees. The baking is British inspired and done in house, led by sausage rolls with a weekly special, cheese and chive scones, mini loaves and shortbread. The shop is closed on Sundays.
