BlendIn Coffee Club Sugar Land

This is the larger BlendIn cafe, a long, bright room off Highway 90 Alternate in Sugar Land with a white bar, window banquettes and round tables. It is the home of a roastery founded in 2017 whose coffees are traceable to specific farms and roasted in small batches in Houston.

The founder trained as a biochemist before turning to coffee, won the 2024 US Brewers Cup, and designs every roast profile himself. The team runs classes for beginners and enthusiasts and shares brew guides, and the coffee list runs from everyday roasts to competition grade Geisha lots. The cafe is open daily from seven in the morning to half past five.
