BlendIn Coffee Club Allen Parkway

The glossy navy brick facade of the Allen Parkway building with the white BlendIn lettering and gold ring logo on the wall, an Offices sign beneath and a navy awning over black framed windows

BlendIn roasts its own coffee in Houston, and this Allen Parkway cafe is where you can taste it at the bar, from approachable espresso drinks to rare, competition grade lots. The roastery was founded in 2017 by a biochemist turned coffee professional who won the 2024 US Brewers Cup with a fully decaffeinated Typica, and every roast profile is designed in house.

Each coffee is traceable to a specific farm, often a single lot, and roasted in small batches, with Geisha lots among the offerings. The team teaches classes and shares brew guides for visitors at every level. This cafe keeps shorter hours than its Sugar Land sibling, opening daily from seven in the morning to three in the afternoon.
