787 Coffee Washington Ave

787 Coffee brings coffee from Puerto Rico to Washington Avenue, grown, processed and roasted at the brand's own farm, Hacienda Iluminada, high in the mountains of Maricao, with Mexican beans on the menu as well. The farm was rebuilt after Hurricane María in 2017, and the honey processed Supremo is its flagship roast.
The signature drink is the Coquito Latte, made with a house dairy free coquito sauce, alongside a horchata latte, a mazapán latte, espresso drinks, cold brews and iced drinks served in resealable pouches. The space is meant as a creative and productive hub for the neighborhood, and whole bean bags are sold to take home, with a coffee tree planted at the farm for each bag sold. A sister shop sits on Fairview Street in Montrose.
