787 Coffee Fairview

The large marquee COFFEE sign with lit bulbs above the entrance of 787 Coffee on Fairview Street

787 Coffee's Fairview Street shop in Montrose serves coffee grown, processed and roasted at the brand's own farm, Hacienda Iluminada, high in the mountains of Maricao, Puerto Rico, where the company started in 2014. The honey processed Supremo is the flagship roast, with Mexican beans on the menu as well.

The signature is the Coquito Latte, made with a house dairy free coquito sauce, with a horchata latte, espresso drinks, cold brews and iced drinks served in resealable pouches alongside it. There is outdoor seating, the space is meant as a creative and productive hub, and whole bean bags go home with you, each one planting a coffee tree at the farm. A sister shop sits on Washington Avenue.
