Saturn Coffee Roaster

Saturn Coffee Roaster's white interior with a fluted timber counter, a black line drawing of a barista pouring over a small planet, and shelves of coffee bags

Saturn Coffee Roaster fills a bright white ground floor room at One Harbour Square in Kwun Tong, with a fluted timber counter, a wall of bean bags and a line drawing of a barista pouring a kettle into a tiny ringed planet. The owner turned a home roasting hobby into a profession, working up from a hand net to a direct fire roasting machine through self study.

The beans are roasted over direct fire for vivid, layered flavour, and the shelf rotates through single origin lots from Colombia, Ethiopia and Rwanda, including slow anaerobic naturals, bagged as 200 gram packs, drip bags and cold brew bags. The pastries are baked in house too, and a few seats beside the counter make it an easy stop on a Kwun Tong morning.
