The Jätkäsaari room leans into that listening bar identity, a rotating soundtrack playing through the day for anyone settling in.

Beans rotate frequently between a handful of small domestic roasters rather than sticking to one house name, and the shop closes Mondays, staying open through the rest of the week including a slightly later weekend start.
