Ta Ca Phe describes itself as a seed to cup roaster for Hanoi, and this Lo Duc shop in Hai Ba Trung is the roastery site of the group. It follows SCA standards and roasts beans grown at 800 to 1,800 metres in Son La, Quang Tri, Dak Nong and Lam Dong.

The bar covers phin, espresso and manual brews, and the team also runs classes in brewing and roasting. Traditional Vietnamese drinks stay on the menu alongside black coffee, and roasted beans are sold for brewing at home.
