Still Color Cafe

The rust coloured canopy of Still Color Cafe with its backlit sign over a glowing glass front, and a lively crowd of guests sitting on crates and folding chairs along the lane outside

Still Color is a tiny cafe on Tho Xuong, a couple of blocks from St. Joseph's Cathedral, run by a small owner team and opened in 2022. The room holds a few chairs, a wooden bar, a big street window and a vintage hi fi wired to a projector that loops jazz visuals on the wall, in a clean Japanese minimal style.

Espresso, filter and cold brew come off a La Marzocco Linea Mini, with a house blend of Ethiopian and Vietnamese arabica. The cafe describes itself as serving good coffee, books and music, and keeps oat milk for anyone avoiding dairy.
