Donkey Coffee Roastery

Donkey is a small roastery in a cosy house down an alley by the Red River, with a shady garden of trees outside and a coffee counter inside for visitors. The owner, a former graphic designer, mixed industrial and vintage styles with plenty of handmade details.

Coffee is roasted on site from Vietnamese growers and from producers abroad, and regular public cuppings are open to anyone curious about what is in the cup.
