C.O.C Legacy Specialty Coffee

C.O.C stands for Clean Origin Coffee, and the Legacy bar on Hang Bac is built around Vietnamese beans alone. The entrance is unassuming, tucked down a quiet alley, and inside there are tables and counter seats with a vinyl record player in the background.

The team works with farmers across Vietnam's growing regions, from Lam Dong and the Central Highlands to Dien Bien and Son La, and puts the phin at the centre of the menu, paying attention to water temperature and extraction time. Roasted beans are also sold for brewing at home.
