Capella has roasted in the West Lake area since 2018, and its cafe feels like a small gallery, with paintings by Vietnamese contemporary artists hung on the walls, wooden furniture and large glass windows onto green gardens. Natural light fills the room, and plenty of regulars settle in with a book or a laptop for the day.

Beans from Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia, Panama, Brazil and Vietnam are roasted in house for espresso drinks and filter brews. The Phin Blend is a Vietnamese style cup built from arabica of several origins, and homemade cakes sit on the counter.
